Say no to junk food:

Your first step towards healthier hair is to change to diet plans and exercise routine. Include proteins wealthy food like rice, oats, barley, maize and brownish grain in your scheme. Kidney beans, black beans, chickpeas and green beans are another great source of proteins. Also, drink a lot of water as it not just keeps your skin healthier but also makes hair follicles strong. Another important tip is not to engage in unhealthy diets or hungry yourself to shed extra pounds as it has a very dangerous effect on your hair.

It is also recommended that if you have long hair, then avoid attaching your hair in a bun all the time as this can also lead to hair loss as well.
